- Took position as an associated receiver for 3 surviving entities and stays as Auditor for one of those entities,Kyotaru which became successfully listed again in 2006.
- Worked as Partner at Alliance, a consulting firm specializes in M&A, after working in M&A business and other sections at Yamaichi Securities.
Yoshimi Takei

- 17 years of experience in M&A business. One of the recognized M&A specialists in Japan. Actively takes responsibilities in planning and managing of a large size amusement facility which is co-managed with a large amusement firm, and planning of large size store openings with large size retail stores. Also involved in development of large size commercial compound facilities and management of those facilities.
- Prior to AER, worked at Kairaku Building, a real estate development, investment and management firm, after working in M&A business at Yamaichi Securities.
Eiki Omata

- Joined the firm as Associate Director in August 2005. Currently takes positins as Executive Officer and Head of International Business Group.
- Prior to joining the firm, worked mostly in investment management firms as Senior Executive Director and Managing Director at IBJ Asset Management and other American investment firms (Mellon Asset Management, Fiduciary Trust, Franklin Templeton).
- Extensive experience in financial business including Arabian Gulf countries throughout his career since 1971 (2 years before the first oil crisis). Took charge of managing the international offices and businesses located in London, Middle East countries, New York while at Shinko Securities where he worked lastly as Director.
- Currently takes a position as Head of International business Group to cover crossboader M&A Business mainly in the area of Asia and the Middle East, and advisor to Mizuho Securities co. for business development.
